data at an affordable price. This tabletop instrument is easy to operate,
provides versatility in analysis methods and data reduction and also, very
high sample throughput. Data reduction by BET, Langmuir, BJH (on both the
adsorption and desorption isotherms) and other methods can be performed.
Windows98 software controls the operation of the TriStar, as well as the
optional SmartPrep sample degassing unit. The SmartPrep holds up to six
samples for degassing by flowing gas by a variety of temperature-programmable routines.
